Cherry Wood

Cherry Wood produces a warm and sweet tone that is very pleasing and mellow. Its color deepens with age into a beautiful deep red color. Cherry Wood has a very good structural strength, and yet is of fairly lightweight. I have built 34-string Cherry wood harps to be as light in weight as 15 lbs.
